TAXATION AUDIT

Executive Order 422 was ISSUED May 12, 2005 that deals with the Bureau of Internal Revenues No Audit Program (NAP). Under the NAP< taxpayers who have been delinquent in their returns BUT HAVE NOT BEEN AUDITED YET by the BIR, would be given an oppurtunity to head off the BIR audit which could lead ultimately to tax evasion charges.

To qualify, the taxpayers will voluntarily increase their income tax payments for the taxable year by 20 percent of the taxes paid in the previous year.

Currently, taxpayers who are caught misrepresenting their income, must be prosecuted with the full force of the law. call BIR AT 632-9818888 WWW.BIR.GOV.PH

Dear Adrian,

As you had discussed this morning in the radio, that has been my question "why is it so expensive to buy our own product than buying the foreign products". It really kills our local product. So it was on the tax that they put on it. WHY? Hope they Tax our product lower than the forieng products. It is up to the consumer to decide.

I believe that Filipino can invent and produce quality and practical products that can be very useful. AND HOPING THAT OUR GOVERNMENT WILL BE BELIEVE AND SUPPORT THEM. Like what happen to that Filipino Inventor who invented that water can be used as automotive fuels, that lady who invented a cosmetics that was patronized in Europe? These might be hearsays but wish to hear a Filipino practicial inventions that will be know all over the world.

Opss before I forgot, Am here on Tax matters, ARE THE ESTABLISHMENTS AT THE BACK OF BIR IN INTRAMUROS ARE PAYING THEIR TAXES.. I heard that most items in that area are cheap?
