List down 5 witnesses for each (husband and a 5 witness list for the wife )is submitted, preferably with the affidavit of testimony is submitted.

Alma, You may be referring to civil state annulment wo pay psychologists sometimes 25,000 pesos, the lawyer at least 60,000pesos to 100,000 pesos.
In canonical church annulment, the petitioner appears by himself, during the hearing without his lawyer present, just witnesses and the canonical lawyers who prosecute and the other who tests the crdibility of the witnesses.

Posted by adrian at October 31, 2008, 8:35 pmi been working abroad for 18 yrs and we are married 1983 he is also married to another lady and have children i want to annulled quickly so i can go back to work abroad. i already paid for marriage annulment but, i am not sure how long it will take. can canonical annulment can annul my marriage quick and sure but, its been long time most of the people who knows us are dead its not easy for me to produce witnesses nobody knows me anymore except my son and daughter whom he left since 1991 with no financial support from him can you help me?

The figures here seem to be so small. I recall friends who paid more than P150,000 to get their marriages annulled. I hope the figures here are the accurate ones and not the ones I heard of.
