ATTY. TIMOTHY TRAINER AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

August 10, 2006

This morning on 104.3 fm at 730 (August 10, 2006) Atty Timothy Trainer, author, legal consultants to governments, linguist answered questions on intellectual property rights. He mentioned about the mandated 301 list of IPR violators appearing in the US government website. I am sure his visit to Greenhills tiangge today will blow his mind on piracy, and economic survival. Brandnames and trademarks must be registered and used in each market the product is marketed. Welcome to the Philippine market. May our country improve further its enforcement of intellectual property and not contributed to the 500 to 600 billion dollar market of pirated goods. Attysison2020@yahoo.com
