Why did they open the dam and release water with only two to three hours notice?
I am fortunate that I cancelled attending our morning meeting saturday morning otherwise perhaps my family would have been worse off. how do we console those family whose loved ones died because of drowning. The one holding the dam switch should not have done it.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. akala ko nga ang lungkot ng birthday ko nung arawna yun kasi ang lakas ng ulan (di pa bumabaha nung mga oras na iniisip ko yun) pero nung bumaha na, at maraming nasalanta, napahiya ako sa sarili ko at puro awa at panalangin para sa mga biktima ang naging laman ng puso at isipan ko.
