The barangay captain had reported this problem to the Silang government way back in 2007.

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM IN UP COLLEGE OF LAW in Quezon City last January 29, 2010

February 1, 2010

The former Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim spoke on the fourth wave of democratic transformation before

the audience at the University of the Philippines College of Law. He exposed his difficulties in obtaining the police report and documents of charges against him as he goes to trial on Febraury 02, 2010 on sexual immoral charges. He mentioned the presEntation of a mattress that he supposedly used with seminal stains supposedly belonging to him. He asked his wife Aziza, how is that the stains are there was there no use of bed cover? Anwar complains of the lack of oppurtunity for his side to see print in Malaysian media, so he asks Filipino media to help him. He has the support of at least ninety (90) members of parliament and he is the leading opposition leader. He is confident to weather this new case otherwise if he is jailed once again, which he calls “rest’ time, he is to be silenced. At least no disappearances in Malaysia, unlike here, we worry of freedom after speech.
