The posting of the statement by Shay Cullen is pretty hipacrytical, if you think about it. On his response to me at the Spero News website (http://www.speroforum.com/site/mbarticle.asp?id=19821#4443), he admitted that he and Preda filed charges against children, one of whom is my son, and the children were only 12 years old at the time. To date, the case has never gone to trial, the case being archived. The real reason that the case is archived is that my daughter would be presented to testify, and she would point her finger at Shay Cullen as the one who raped her, not the two boys.
Think about that.

I’m married for 9 years. Sa dubai kami kinasal ng asawa ka year 2000 at pagkatapos noon 2002 umuwi kami ng pinas. We have 2 kids and 2004 I decided to come here in dubai for work. Gusto ko lang malaman is that noon umuwi kasi kami we found out that wala kami records sa NSO. Sabi kasi ng mga kaibigan ko pag ang Marriage certificate ay hindi na pa reshistro after 6 mos is invalid raw. Is it true na kahit na yon original ay nasakin VOID (wla na raw bisa) daw?

hi.. What a relief finding your website.i want to ask legal advice from you regarding my very big problem.
I have a 6- month old daughter to a married man. She is not using her father’s name.Her wife discovered about us lately and was threatening me to file a complaint against me to revoke my license as a physician. I am currently working in a government hospital. We are not living together.Although i am not demanding, but He occasionally give financial support.
My question is: will my license be easily revoked? What will I do?

I just want an advice. We have conjugal properties and the high value is our family home. Last 2007 my wife accused me of being gay for seeing pictures that I dont know at all. She throw me out of the house. Same year after she left back to Ireland I took my kids and my daughter told me that she was sexually molested by my wife’s distant relative who was our househelper then and he is gay. I told my wife about it and told me that if i cant make decisions then she will take the kids away from me and so I filed the case. The day the case is for review at fiscal’s office she arrived and to my surprise our helper got an instant lawyer while me and my daughter has none. The following day she took my daughter away from me and obviously she was brainwashed because two weeks after she withdraw her statement and scared to come near me. Now she throw me out of our house again by filing a case called domestic violence and the court barred me from coming near our house and kids.
I have no house to live and jumping from one house to another and havent seen my kids for nearly a year now. I need help even a good advice. I cant attend and defend myself because I have no money to get a private lawyer for my defense and they are powerful and influential at San Pablo.
Please help.
